The following Reports are included with the INETCO Insight default install:
Outlier Report
The Outlier Report captures unusually high transaction response times, failure rates, and other transaction performance anomalies. Download a sample report
Alert Summary Report
The Alert Summary report highlights how many times an alert occurred over a time interval and provides details around each alert. Download a sample report
Error Summary Report
The Error Summary report shows a listing of poorly-performing or mis-configured terminals or devices, then Error cause. Download a sample report
Threshold Report
The Threshold Report helps customers set appropriate thresholds for alerts on transaction status, type, and error levels. Download a sample report
Incident Report

Terminal Response Time Report
The Terminal Response Time Report displays average transaction duration, over a set interval, for each terminal ID. Download a sample report
