Management Dashboard
This dashboard gives senior managers instant visibility into the health of the transaction processing environment. It's also valuable for daily or monthly snapshots of overall performance that can be used, in conjunction with other detailed information to prioritize IT investment, focus customer service activities, and measure achievement of key goals around response times, transaction volumes, and success rates.
