INETCO Releases INETCO Insight 4.1
Out-of-the-box transaction intelligence software platform primed for enterprise scalability

This fully packaged software product enables retailers and financial institutions to optimize the performance of revenue-generating applications by providing the unique ability to correlate customer quality of experience with back-end application performance, in real-time.

INETCO Insight 4.1 allows companies to implement an application performance management solution without incurring traditional customization and enterprise systems integration costs. It is the first out-of-the-box software solution to provide real-time visibility into business transactions - the millions of different requests and responses that travel across the network between end users, application components, and backend systems, including ATMs, POS terminals, kiosks, application servers, e-commerce platforms, and 3rd party systems. With INETCO Insight 4.1, every transaction is captured, correlated and displayed to provide IT departments with the proactive intelligence needed to optimally manage and guarantee the performance of their customer facing applications.

New features and enhancements found in the INETCO Insight 4.1 software platform include:
• The ability to correlate a customer-facing interaction with multiple back-end transactions, including those that involve 3rd party service providers.
• Modular transaction decode tables that make it easy for customers to expand past the monitoring of TCP/IP payment transactions and start extracting real-time intelligence on multiple transaction types, including HTTP and other business critical application protocols.
• A configurable web-based dashboard interface that can be customized to provide meaningful graphics and personalized information visualization.
