INETCO Insight was selected as a tool to help Open Solutions further insure the ongoing availability and performance of critical Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) interfaces for their banking systems operations’ clients. INETCO Insight’s transaction monitoring capabilities enable Open Solutions Canada to gain a real-time view into what each end-user is experiencing as they interact with various EFT direct channels. The software’s modular transaction decode tables will allow Open Solutions Canada to expand past the monitoring of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and retail point-of-sale payment transactions, and start extracting real-time intelligence on multiple transaction types and other business-critical application protocols such as telephone banking.
