How can I find out what version am I currently running?

From the “BankLink Configuration” menu, go to the “Help” pull down menu and click “About BankLink Configuration”.

Or, from the Command Prompt, enter “nver”.

I added a new ATM or POS terminal, and I know the configuration is correct. Why does it not work?

Any changes you made in the “BankLink Configuration” menu, you need to do a “Commit” before the changes will take effect.

Why can’t I do a “Commit” after updating my BankLink configuration?

First check that you have the right access permissions - you will need to log in as a local administrator. If you are a domain user, you will need to add the user to access BankLink. The “User Access Control” is under “Service” in the “BankLink Configuration” menu.

How can I connect to BankLink via IE?

You need to install the BankLink webserver that is provided with the BankLink software.

Can I install the BankLink Webserver onto the same server as the BankLink Server?

Yes, but it is highly recommended for larger organizations to install the BankLink webserver onto a different server.

How can I tell if BankLink is working or not?

From the command prompt, enter “nstatus” to output the status of BankLink on the screen.
