How do I get INETCO Insight updates?
The INETCO web site has a password-protected area within the INETCO Customer Support Center that allows customers to review technical documentation, access training materials, and download specific software patches and product updates for INETCO Insight. Log-in now!
INETCO Insight customers will receive email notifications on recommended software updates, documentation updates, and new training materials as they are made available for download from the support center. To access this information, you will be required to enter your log-in name and password.
Usernames and passwords can be requested or reset by contacting support.

Enhancements:
- NCR Gasper Vantage™ “Fixed Format Message Map” now reports alerts in local time
- NCR Gasper Vantage™ “General Message Map” format reports alerts in UTC time
- The third party web server software integrated into INETCO Insight has been updated to the most current versions:
• Apache Tomcat version 6.0.32
• Java Runtime Environment version 6 update 26

Enhancements:
- Extended support for sending alerts to NCR Gasper Vantage™ and NCR APTRA™ Vision
- Addition of new message framing, decoding, and correlation capabilities that capture complete transaction messages that can be written to the data base in real-time to perform deeper fraud analysis, create data replication for disaster recovery, and administer more robust capacity and functionality testing

Enhancements:
- Support for NCR Gasper Vantage™ and NCR APTRA™ Vision “General Message Map” ST Format and “Fixed Format Message” Format -IT teams can forward transaction intelligence alerts via an output format specifically designed for integration with the Gasper Vantage or APTRA Vision ATM monitoring platforms.
- Decode Support Status Reporting - A new support feature that counts the number of unsupported transaction protocols and message types being captured by INETCO Insight. This monthly report will alert the INETCO support team to the potential need for new decoding tables and any transaction decode errors or anomalies. (No actual transaction information is sent.)
- Increased Throughput - The maximum transaction rate that can be monitored has been increased by over 80% of that achieved by INETCO Insight 4.6.
