Performance Metrics for Sales
To be proactive in fault management, you need to identify key application and network performance indicators within your transaction network.
Developing detailed performance metrics will help you to quickly identify application or network issues as well as monitor existing service level agreements.
Set Key Event Metrics
INETCO Insight will automatically alert you to threshold-based or pattern-based deviations in your performance profile. With INETCO Insight, you will have visibility into the end-to-end transaction flow, enabling you to measure key event metrics such as:
- Transaction throughput volumes
- Transaction speed/process duration/failure rates
- Number of concurrent transactions
- Rate of approved, declined, failed and unsupported transactions
Stay Alert
Alerts are sent when a certain number of “events” occur within a time period (e.g. 5 times in 3 minutes). This allows you to capture individual events, but reduces notification noise by only flagging the operator's attention when a significant pattern occurs.
