Set Key Event Metrics

INETCO Insight will automatically alert you to threshold-based or pattern-based deviations in your performance profile. With INETCO Insight, you will have visibility into the end-to-end transaction flow, enabling you to measure key event metrics such as:

  • Transaction throughput volumes
  • Transaction speed/process duration/failure rates
  • Number of concurrent transactions
  • Rate of approved, declined, failed and unsupported transactions

Stay Alert

Alerts are sent when a certain number of “events” occur within a time period (e.g. 5 times in 3 minutes). This allows you to capture individual events, but reduces notification noise by only flagging the operator's attention when a significant pattern occurs. INETCO Insight also streams off live transaction and performance data for offline warehousing and analysis.
