At Elastic Path, Matt led major rebranding and repositioning efforts as Vice President of Marketing through multiple strategic pivots, helping establish it as one of the most recognized ecommerce technology brands globally.

Matt has also served as a board member for high-growth companies such as 90 Degree Software (acquired by Microsoft) and ActiveState (acquired by Sophos), where he played instrumental roles in guiding both to successful exits.

Today, as a Leadership Team Coach at Metronomics, Matt channels his executive experience into helping CEOs and leadership teams accelerate performance and drive sustainable growth. His passion lies in transforming potential into progress — guiding businesses through the critical inflection points of their growth journey.
