With over 30 years of experience as a technology industry executive, Bijan Sanii has been at the forefront of British Columbia’s tech evolution.
In the 1980s, he led Infomax Computers, a value-added reseller, establishing a foundation for his future endeavors. In 1997, he joined Infowave Software, where, as Chief Operating Officer and later CEO, he played a key role in the company’s IPO and secured strategic partnerships with industry giants like Intel Corp, Compaq Computer Corporation and other technology industry leaders.

Today, as CEO and Founder of INETCO, he continues to drive innovation in payment fraud detection and prevention, solidifying his reputation as a visionary leader in the tech industry.
Bijan has also played a crucial role in supporting and mentoring business leaders in British Columbia. He was a long-serving director of ACETECH, a CEO association that empowers technology entrepreneurs through peer learning and guidance, and acted as vice-chair of NewMedia BC, now DigiBC, where he helped shape the direction of gaming and digital media in the region.
Bijan served for six years as a director of the Dr. Peters AIDS Foundation and remains a voting member, contributing to the foundation’s efforts in HIV/AIDS care and support.
His commitment to philanthropy is further exemplified by his role as a founding partner of BC Social Venture Partners, where he dedicated many years as a director, helping to foster positive change through investment in social enterprises.
