Currently President of Blenheim Realty Ltd. and 1050 WP Properties Ltd., and a director of 1050 WP Properties, Shall-May Holdings Ltd., and SMH Erskine Development Limited, Leonard specializes in representing foreign based family offices and their Canadian investments.
With 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, Leonard has been a trusted advisor to Canadian pension funds, private and public corporations, and high net worth individuals. Notwithstanding a historical focus on real estate, Leonard has significant experience with early stage investment in IP, primarily in the Life Sciences. Leonard holds a B.Comm in Finance and Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia.
