Evaluation of INETCO Insight for APM Magic Quadrant Based on Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute

Vancouver, Canada, March 2, 2010 — INETCO™ Systems Limited, a leading provider of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solutions for the financial industry, today announced it has been included by Gartner, Inc. in the Gartner APM Magic Quadrant by Will Cappelli, February 18th, 2010.

Gartner evaluated the INETCO Insight™ software based upon the following three of five dimensions: end user experience monitoring, user defined transaction profiling, and application performance management database functionality.

“Business decision makers have, in fact, been the most enthusiastic advocates of application-centric IT operations management among large enterprises, precisely because they have grown more appreciative of the role that IT plays in enabling the unfolding and execution of revenue or value-generating business processes, “says Will Capelli, Research Vice President at Gartner. “…and, to them, the most important and visible element that IT delivers with regard to business process execution is the predictable and effective flow of application-based transactions.”

INETCO Insight™ has been deployed by a number of fortune 500 technology companies, transaction processors, banks, credit unions, and telecommunications companies that are responsible for processing extremely high transaction volumes every day. INETCO Insight enables its customers to construct a seamless picture of end-user experience and transaction flows. Advanced filtering and alerting capabilities enables customers to quickly navigate through massive amounts of financial transaction data, anticipate problems, and proactively manage the network and application issues that are causing transaction slowdowns, failures or anomalies to occur.

“The growing communities of transaction processors and financial institutions that have chosen INETCO Insight to manage their high volume payment transaction environments have been instrumental in our ability to develop financial application performance monitoring expertise,” said Bijan Sanii, President and CEO of INETCO. “We will continue to lead the market in application-specific performance management technology for the financial industry, while expanding our product innovation efforts to adjacent markets, including e-commerce.”
