Printec Partners with INETCO to deliver transaction “Big Data” and on-demand banking analytics

Innovative analytics technology now available to banks and financial service institutions within Central and Eastern Europe

London, UK – European ATMs Conference, June 16, 2015 – Printec Group of Companies, the leading provider of transaction automation solutions in Central and Eastern Europe, and INETCO® Systems Limited, a leading provider of real-time transaction monitoring and banking analytics software solutions, have teamed to help financial organizations in the region gain on-demand access to rich customer transaction data through the INETCO Analytics™ software. With INETCO Analytics, banks can adopt data-driven banking strategies that will help them deliver more value to existing end customers, acquire new ones and enhance profitability through better device placement and service offerings.

Operating in 15 countries, Printec has been implementing and supporting financial technology solutions in the areas of ATM networks, POS networks, e-Payments, branch automation and self-service kiosks for 25 years.  As part of this partnership agreement, Printec will provide INETCO Analytics for these retail banking channels through licensed resale. Printec will also provide a range of professional services related to other INETCO solutions.

“We’ve made it our business to offer the most innovative solutions in the retail banking market,” said Vangelis Chrysafidis, Chief Operating Officer at Printec. “Our customers are voicing a need for better understanding of how end customers are using self-service devices and digital banking interfaces such as ATMs, POS terminals, Internet banking and Mobile banking applications. They are ready to move beyond traditional measures such as ATM availability to better understand consumer usage and engagement.  Printec is delighted to offer them a solution in INETCO Analytics and look forward to working in close partnership with INETCO.”

INETCO Analytics simplifies the way transaction “Big Data” is collected, stored and visualized across multi-channel banking environments. Structured customer transaction data is collected then warehoused within a scalable Apache™ Hadoop® data store.  This data can be queried and visualized on-demand leveraging user-friendly Tableau® based dashboards. Now, rather than spending days ‘mining’ data from sprawling, multi-vendor network infrastructures, channel managers and data analysts can use INETCO Analytics to see who is using which channels and devices, what kind of interactions they perform, and the quality of service they experience, all within a few clicks.

As more end customers interact with self-service devices and digital banking interfaces, more banks are recognizing that true customer insight begins with transaction data,” said Bijan Sanii, CEO of INETCO. “We are excited to be working with such a visionary solutions provider as Printec, and look forward to helping our mutual customers take their self-service and digital payment strategies to the next level.”

INETCO Analytics is being showcased during the European ATMs 2015 event being held at the London Lancaster Hotel June 16th and 17th – Booth 12. INETCO’s customer, BECU, will also be presenting: Mining Your ATM “Big Data”: a Case Study from BECU at 11:30 on June 17th.
